The Atal Innovation
Mission (AIM) is an initiative by the Government of India, spearheaded by Niti Aayog, aimed at fostering a culture of innovation and entrepreneurship. As part of its efforts, AIM supports the creation of new incubation centres, known as Atal Incubation Centres (AICs). Among the institutions selected for this honour, Manipal University was chosen to establish the Atal Incubation Centre at Manipal University Jaipur (AIC-MUJ), standing out as one of the ten successful applicants from a pool of 3,658 in the first round.
AIC-MUJ
Represents a unique collaboration between academia, industry, and government, driven by the vision of the Atal Innovation Mission. The centre is designed to offer top-notch incubation facilities, featuring advanced infrastructure, capital equipment, and operational amenities. Additionally, AIC-MUJ provides access to sector-specific experts for mentoring, ensuring that startups receive the guidance they need to grow into successful entrepreneurs and thriving enterprises.
The Manipal Education and Medical Group
Has established itself as a leader in education, research, and healthcare. Over the past six decades, the group has positively impacted the lives of more than 300,000 students from 59 countries. The group comprises five universities: Manipal Academy of Higher Education (MAHE) in Karnataka, Sikkim Manipal University in Sikkim, the American University of Antigua in the Caribbean Islands, Manipal International University in Malaysia, and Manipal University Jaipur in Rajasthan.

AIC-MUJ aims to support and foster innovative technology-based startups that have applications and impacts in key economic sectors. We provide startups with essential resources, including guidance, technical support, infrastructure, access to investors, networking opportunities, and other critical services needed for their growth and sustainability.
Our Goal
Our goal is to assist incubatees in developing sustainable, scalable, and profitable business models by offering physical infrastructure and value-added support services. We organize events and inspirational programs to provide training and mentorship to entrepreneurs. Additionally, we forge partnerships and networks with academia, industry, funding sources, existing incubators, and other entities, enabling startups to access prototyping facilities, test beds, markets, and pilot implementation opportunities for their products and services.We also help build strong teams equipped with the knowledge and experience necessary to guide startups, develop business plans, facilitate investments, and build networks. The ideal application for our program would involve collaboration between a corporate sector entity and a research-oriented institution with aligned areas of focus.
