ATAL Incubation CENTRE MANIPAL UNIVERSITY JAIPUR
AIC-MUJ is a joint initiative by Manipal University Jaipur (MUJ) and the Atal Innovation Mission of NITI Aayog, Government of India, dedicated to supporting and fostering the startup ecosystem. Established in 2011 as a self-financed State University at the invitation of the Government of Rajasthan, MUJ is committed to nurturing innovative, technology-based startups. AIC-MUJ aims to support and encourage startups that have applications and/or impacts in core sectors, particularly in Augmented Reality, Virtual Reality, and Human and Environmental Health. We provide essential resources, including guidance, technical support, infrastructure, investor access, and networking opportunities, to help startups survive, thrive, and scale.
Our Plans
Pre-Incubation
Pre-incubation supports early-stage ideas by validating concepts, developing business models, and offering mentorship. It includes training workshops, initial resources like office space, and preparation for investor pitches, helping transform ideas into viable business plans.
Incubator
An incubator helps early-stage startups grow by providing office space, mentorship, funding access, networking opportunities, and business services such as legal and marketing support. It offers a structured environment for startups to develop and succeed.
Cohorts
Cohorts are groups of startups that join an accelerator or incubator program together for a fixed period, typically 3-6 months. They benefit from a structured curriculum, peer learning, regular progress tracking, and culminate in a Demo Day to pitch to investors and industry experts.
Accelerators
Accelerators are short-term programs designed to rapidly scale startups. They provide seed funding, mentorship, rigorous training, and networking opportunities, typically lasting a weeks to months. It ends with a Demo Day for startups to pitch to a broad audience.
